Swedish bank notes now useless abroad
Several foreign banks do not want to accept the Swedish krona – which affects travelers who cannot exchange money during the trip.
According to the currency dealer Forex, it has not been possible to exchange the Swedish krona abroad for several days. For Swedish tourists, it becomes problematic, as they cannot exchange money for the local currency. Hua Hin native and Thailand’s first-ever boxing world champion is set to be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame (IBHOF). Pone Kingpetch, whose birth name was Mana Sidokbua, was born in Hua Hin on Feb. 12, 1935.

The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) of Thailand has cut off the supply of electricity across the Moei river to two border towns in Myanmar where groups of Chinese businessmen have made huge illegal investments, at the request of the Myanmar government, Thai official sources said.
