Condo glut in Cha Am likely to persist, Hua Hin market ‘robust’

The condo market in Cha Am still faces a glut, with the inventory of unsold units expected to take 10 years to be absorbed, while the Hua Hin condo market remains robust, says property consultant Colliers Thailand.

Thai singer Chaiyamon Kaewwibunphan, better known as “Ammy the Bottom Blues”, was slapped with a four-year jail term over lese majeste charges for setting fire to the King’s portrait during a protest in 2021.
