Thai living in Israel claims many want to return to Thailand due to the danger
A Thai national working in the Gaza Strip said yesterday that there are 36 of them sheltering in a bunker at their work place, living on instant noodles and water from the bathroom, as the water main has been damaged.

2,700 cases and 31 deaths reported in leptospirosis outbreak amid heavy rains
Leptospirosis, commonly known as rat fever, is spreading, with 2,700 reported cases and 31 deaths, particularly in the northeastern and southern regions, a stage agency said on Sunday.
The disease is transmitted from animals to humans, especially in wet or flooded areas. The leptospira bacteria, which causes the disease, are found in the urine of rats and other rodents. Pets like dogs, cats, cows, sheep, and goats can also carry the bacteria. Continued …

Former ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Denmark H.E. Vichit Chitvimarn was on Saturday found murdered in a villa he had owned for a while but just recently moved into on Viphavadee Road in Bangkok.

Hua Hin now has once-daily bus service to Pattaya, leaving Hua Hin at 9am and departing from Pattaya at 8am. Tickets are 473 THB.
Tickets can be bought in person at the Hua Hin bus station or online. Buses depart from the Hua Hin bus station and in front of Government Savings Bank, Cha Am.. Tickets
